Vitamin B2, also known as riboflavin in the body is mainly involved in the metabolism of the three major nutrients ( protein, fat , carbohydrates ) to promote the growth and development.
2. Scientific feeding
Vitamin B1, B2 deficiency is caused by inadequate intake. Food choices, food cooking improper is caused by insufficient intake.
Food rich in vitamin B1, First, melon seeds, peanuts, soybeans, lean pork, followed by wheat , millet , corn, rice and other cereals , cereal is one of the main sources of vitamin B1 in our country, but improper production methods will seriously affect food the content.
